“After getting my brows done by another person and hating them, I contacted Rachel to see if she could help. She spoke to me on the phone and listened to me ranting and told me what she thought she could do. She asked for some photos of my brows which I sent her and she told me how she would fix them. I felt like she really knew her stuff and trusted her right away. When I went to see her she had a really good look at my brows and drew over them with a pencil to correct the shape. She was a perfectionist and drew on a lovely shape. I was worried after last time that they would look really heavy like the pencil, but she reassured me they would look natural. She wasn't wrong! I am over the moon with them and wish I had gone to her first! She is the best there is!”
