She spoke to me on the phone and listened to me ranting and told me what she thought she could do. She asked for some photos of my brows which I sent her and she told me how she would fix them. I felt like she really knew her stuff and trusted her right away. When I went to see her she had a really good look at my brows and drew over them with a pencil to correct the shape. She was a perfectionist and drew on a lovely shape. I was worried after last time that they would look really heavy like the pencil, but she reassured me they would look natural. She wasn't wrong!
